Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register an account, access, or use any Services provided by 8jlcom. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension or termination with forfeiture of any account balance.

1.2 Account Registration Process

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact telephone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

1.3 Account Ownership and Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 8jlcom. Creation of multiple accounts, whether using different personal information or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and confiscation of any associated funds and winnings. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your account to any third party under any circumstances.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party, and you agree to immediately notify 8jlcom of any unauthorized access or security breach. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be deemed your responsibility, and you accept full liability for any resulting consequences.

1.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Our Services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Philippines at the time of access and gameplay. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are expressly forbidden from accessing or using 8jlcom Services. We employ geolocation technology to verify user location, and any attempt to circumvent such measures through VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

2.1 Deposits

Users may fund their 8jlcom accounts through approved payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods as made available from time to time. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as posted on our website. Deposited funds must originate from payment sources held in your own legal name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit that we determine, in our sole discretion, may be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification procedures and may require submission of supporting documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by our payment processing team. 2.3 Fees and Charges

8jlcom does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers may impose their own charges over which we have no control. Users are responsible for any such fees charged by external parties. We reserve the right to deduct administrative fees from inactive accounts or in cases of excessive failed withdrawal attempts, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.

2.4 Currency

All financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Any deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates determined by our payment processors, and we bear no responsibility for currency conversion fees or unfavorable exchange rates.

2.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

3.1 Promotional Terms

3.2 Wagering Requirements

3.3 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts in cases where we determine, in our sole discretion, that Users have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Users, exploiting software vulnerabilities, employing betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct deemed to constitute abuse of promotional offers.

3.4 Promotion Modifications

8jlcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding Promotion terms or eligibility, the Company's decision shall be final and binding.

Gaming Conduct and Fair Play

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using 8jlcom Services:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to obtain unintended benefits
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including credit card fraud, identity theft, or money laundering

4.2 Game Integrity

All games provided by 8jlcom utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and verified by independent third-party laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Game results are determined by mathematical algorithms and chance, not by player actions beyond the rules of the game itself. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or corrupt game software or RNG systems constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in criminal prosecution in addition to account termination.

4.3 Irregular Play Patterns

We employ sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns that may indicate cheating, collusion, or advantage play. If we identify suspicious betting patterns, unusual win rates, or other indicators of improper conduct, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation, void associated bets and winnings, and terminate your account if our investigation confirms violations of these Terms.

4.4 Liability for Losses

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8jlcom and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of our Services; (c) your breach of any applicable laws or regulations; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Company's Right to Suspend or Terminate

8jlcom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Harassment of staff or other Users
• Use of prohibited software or betting strategies

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, you will immediately lose access to all Services, and any pending bets will be voided. If termination occurs due to your breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit your account balance, void outstanding bets, and withhold any winnings. If termination occurs without cause on our part, we will return your account balance minus any applicable fees or charges, subject to completion of any pending verification or investigation.

8.3 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process it within 72 hours. You remain responsible for all activities on your account until closure is confirmed, and you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance before closure can be finalized.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Dispute Procedures

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our Services, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. 9.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, which cannot be resolved through our customer support procedures, shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for any legal proceedings that are not subject to arbitration under Section 9.2.

9.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to pursue claims on a class-wide basis or to consolidate your claim with claims of other persons.

General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8jlcom regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 8jlcom.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction.

8jlcom shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or telecommunications infrastructure problems.
